This is an "as is" sale of an old mulcher.
It spins smoothly by hand. It needs some love to make it good with the following obvious things to do:
Rear hood is missing. would work fine without it.
One flail and bolt needs renewing.
There is no belt cover.
PTO shaft needs renewing.
Inspections welcome.
