- Waikato Tractors Limited will ship anywhere within New Zealand. Freight is an additional charge, and an estimate can be provided as you progress through our checkout process. Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by courier. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for deliveries once this email has been sent. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please send us an email.
- Privacy and Personal Information
- We respect your right to privacy and will not share any of our customer information with any other parties for any purpose other than fulfilment of your order. We will always protect your right to privacy. This is our promise. All your personal details including passwords, shipping addresses and email addresses can be maintained by logging into "My Account".
- Returns & Replacements
- * Returned goods must be accompanied with receipt
- * The goods returned within 14 days of delivery
Ordering- * The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
- Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required.
- Our ordering process is simple, secure, and safe. Once you have selected your items, just add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button. Shipping costs will be added to your order as you go through the checkout, however an estimation service is available prior to purchase.

- Payment Policy
- All advertised prices are in NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS and include GST, Freight charges are additional and will be calculated during the checkout process. We accept internet banking, and company cheques for your purchases, we can issue a GST invoice if requested. Your items will be shipped once payment is cleared. - Viewing Orders
- Once your order has been shipped we will email you a notification including your tracking number and a link for you to track your order. You can view any orders you have made simply by logging into "My Account".
